How long does it take to complete a project?

Every project is unique. Typically our Elevate™ Brand engagement takes three to four weeks to complete. For our Eminent™ Brand engagement ranges from twelve to fourteen weeks. On each case, having extra Add-ons might modify the timeline significantly. You can get a more accurate timeline when you receive a customized proposal.

I need the brand identity to be completed ASAP. Do you offer rush packages?

Our timeline can be adjusted to get more work done faster, but it depends a lot on your response and involvement. We don’t rush our process, but we can optimize workshops or sessions to achieve more in less time. These adjustments can be discussed during our discovery call.

Can I exchange the business collateral designs? For example, I don’t want a letterhead, can I get a uniform design instead?

Absolutely! All these specifics about your project including business collateral designs will be discussed during the discovery meeting and will appear in the proposal.

When can you start on my project?

We’re often booked 1 - 3 months in advance depending on the season. The sooner you can let us know about your project, the sooner we can schedule your project.

What's the price and how does payment work?

Payment structure is broken into phases. The first payment is due upon signing the proposal, to secure your spot; the others after approval of key phases but before delivery of the files.
